Meditate On These Things

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.

What God Might Ask

If you had a chance meeting and struck up a conversation with God what do you think God might ask you?
 1. God won't ask what kind of fancy car you drove. He will ask what good you did with the car He had given you.
 2. God won't ask the square footage of your house. He will ask if it was a loving home where all were welcome.
 3. God won't ask how many fancy clothes you had in your closet. He will ask what you did to help clothe those in need.
 4. God won't ask what social class you were in. He will ask what kindness you displayed to anyone, anywhere.
 5. God won't ask how many gadgets you possessed. He will ask whether those gadgets were used for the good of all.
 6. God won't ask what your highest salary was. He will ask what portion of your salary you gave freely to others.
 7. God won't ask how much overtime you worked. He will want to know about the amount of loving time you spent with your family.
 8. God won't ask how many promotions you received. He will ask what you did to promote others.
 9. God won't ask what your job title was. He will ask if you performed your job to the best of your ability in the service of others.
 10. God won't ask how many promotions you took to chase a dollar bill. He will ask how many promotions you refused to advance your family's quality of life.
 11. God won't ask how many "friends" you managed to make. He will ask how many people you were a friend to.
 12. God won't ask how many degrees you had. He will ask how many people you thanked for helping you get those degrees.
 13. God won't ask what your parents did to help you. He will ask what you did to help your parents.
 14. God won't ask what you did to help yourself. He will ask what you did to help others.
 15. God won't ask how many upper class friends you managed to socialise with. He will ask you how many people you reached out to and lifted up.
 16. God won't ask what you did to protect your rights. He will ask what you did to protect the rights of others.
 17. God won't ask what neighbourhood you lived in. He will ask who you cared for in your neighbourhood.
 18. God won't ask how many times you told the truth. He will ask how many lives you improved with that truth.
 19. God won't ask about the color of your skin. He will ask if you loved the gift of the colour of the skin He gave you.
 20. God won't ask how many times your deeds matched your words. He will ask how many you were able to help when your deeds did match your words.

Someone More Powerful Than Man

When a man does a piece of work which is admired by all we say that it is wonderful; but when we see the changes of the day and night, the sun, the moon, and the stars in the sky, and the changing seasons upon the earth, with their ripening fruits, anyone must realize that it is the work of someone more powerful than man.

Balance and Harmony

I transmit affirmative thoughts and positive emotions simultaneously. I manifest quickly because everything is balanced and in harmony, internally and externally.

The Two Teams and One Group

I see the world as being divided into 2 very distinct camps or teams if you like. One team is the Positives and the other team is the Negatives. There is, of course, another group who are in the process of changing from one team to the other. This is actually quite a large group.

I believe that Jesus was one of many messengers sent by God to awaken us to this world format of the two teams and to show us how, by living in a certain way, we can transfer from the Negatives (the loser team) to the Positives (the Heaven team). We swap teams by intentionally swapping the way we think, speak, and as a result, act. It takes effort. The more people who join the Positives the closer we come to obtaining a Heaven on Earth scenario.

So, is your glass half full - or half empty?

Today's affirmation: "I work with the grain of the Universe. I get results in harmonious, happy and effective living".

Expect the Good

"Can you get the expectant attitude of faith? Not waiting for the next evil to befall you but awaiting with a child's joyful trust the next good in store?" - Jesus Christ (From the book "God Calling" by The Two Listeners, edited by A. J. Russell)
